The eco beauty haven of Epi-Center Med Spa was the perfect spot for an intimate evening of high end sustainable fashion by the likes of Linda Loudermilk, Sara Shepherd and Amber Marie Bently. Thursday's event, a fundraiser for the upcoming Discarded to Divine fashion show in May, was hosted by San Francisco-based stylist and fashion instructor Jill Siefert who provided detailed information on each piece and its materials. Most of the designs shown were exclusive to local boutique Eco Citizen, including an eco-collection by Shepherd. Amber Marie Bently's stunning new sustainable couture jewelry line was featured on every model and Bently was in the audience to provide more information on each piece. Both Shepherd and Bently are local designers on the "ones to watch" list - their sophisticated and totally eco-conscious pieces are poised to be recognized on a larger scale.
